20-LCC (J-Lead) is used in this package.Packaging for the external use of Tube.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it in order to power it.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.A maximum of 2Mb bytes of data can be stored.Supply voltage 3.3V is required.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.The part comes with a set of 20 pins.
