Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 100kHz~2.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage.
