TPS4H160AQPWPRQ1 is a fully-protected smart high-side switch that has four MOS-powered 160-mO FETs. Complete diagnostics and high-accuracy current sense allow intelligent management of load. A limit on current that is adjustable externally increases the reliability of the whole system by limiting the overload or inrush current.
