Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 4 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 600mV.
