Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts.
