SI3402-A-GM Overview


There is an embedded version of it in the Tray package.It is packaged in the way of 20-VQFN Exposed Pad.I would like to inform you that this PoE controller is of the Controller (PD) type.Currently, there are a number of channels that are strong or weak: 1.Keeping its operating temperature at -40°C~85°C ensures PoE reliability.In order to operate this electrical Po E controller, it requires a voltage of 2.8V~57V as a supply voltage.An associated part can be established based on the base part number SI3402.In a 20 termination, a transmission line is terminated with an impedance-matched power over ethernet controller.In addition, it is equipped with a 20 pin count.The Po E controller in question is Po E controller of Power Management Circuits.There is a 20 pin design on this board.As a requirement for 2mA to function properly, it must be supplied with a current.This electrical PoE power over ethernet controller has a maximal switching frequency of 350kHz, and that is its maximum switching frequency.Its maximum input voltage is 5.5V.This power over the ethernet controller has a maximum voltage output of 0.68A.A voltage of 5V is the output voltage of this power over ethernet controller.This power over ethernet devices requires a minimum input voltage of 4.5V.It is estimated that the maximum output power of this electrical PoE controller is 17W.
