SI3000-C-FSR Overview


A 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is provided to save space. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. This electronic part is categorized as a type of Voice-Band, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. Surface Mount is the mounting type employed by this device. When the operating performance is set to 0°C~70°C, it is able to operate normally. It features 1 / 1 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 3V~5.25V. 3V~5.25V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit.
