42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. As far as RF transceiver's mounting is concerned, Surface Mount is adopted.With transceiver RF's high efficiency, transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU.Advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used to provide high reliability.On this transceiver RF circuit board, there are 42 pins.As a result, RF transceiver operates based on the frequency of 240MHz~960MHz.
