PCM5310PAPR Overview

For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 64-PowerTQFP package. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance at -25°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 4 / 4 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 3V~3.6V. It receives a voltage of 3V~3.6V as its supply voltage. There are 64 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line.
