MP6920DN-LF Overview

Its exceptional performance makes it an excellent choice for Active/Synchronous Rectification Controller. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with the 8V~24V supply voltage. There is an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT in this device. There are 8 terminations in total. There is a peak in the reflow temperature of 260. It is possible to obtain high efficiency thanks to the 12V supply voltage. During normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 8V. 24V is the maximum supply voltage. To power this DC DC switching regulator, a supply current of 8mA is used. Mounting is performed in accordance with the method of Surface Mount.
