To package H bridge, use Tape & Reel (TR).In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.5V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.-20°C~75°C TA is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.This is the maximum amount of current that can reach 5A.
