There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V.
