ISL84544IBZ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in SOIC. The advanced packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. In total, there are 8 terminations. Analog switches have 60Ohm internal resistance. Datasheets for functions of 8 pins are available. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. 2.7V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 100pA. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. The switch device is capable of conducting in a 2-bit mode.
