For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1A is the maximum output current.The board has 16 component pins.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -55°C.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 6.4mA.For operation, it requires a voltage of 15V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 8.5V must be maintained.Currently, 1A is the current it outputs.With a voltage of 6.4mA, it operates with a constant current.
