ICE40LP1K-CM36 Overview


There is a 36-VFBGA package that includes this component. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. There are 25 I/Os for better data transfer. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.2V volts is required. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.14V~1.26V . As part of the iCE40? LP series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. There are 25 outputs incorporated in this device. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. The total number of terminations is 36. The RAM bits that this device offer is 65536. Its base part number ICE40 can be used to find related parts. The FPGA module's RAM si8kBe reaches 8kB in order to ensure that the program operates in a normal manner. In this case, there are 36 pins on the board. A total of 160 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. When operating with the supply voltage of 1.2V, designers can fully make use of its flexibility.
