EPC1441LI20 Overview

FPGA uses a nice PLCC package that makes FPGA easy to use.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 55kB bytes.There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V for supplying it with power.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.The temperature should be kept below 220 in reflow soldering.FPGA has pins on the 20 axis.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.03mA.The part comes with a set of 20 pins.This memory has a COMMON configuration for its I/O.Using 5V on the part before use will help the part run safely and reliably in a circuit.Our product line now includes IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 5V SUPPLY in order to provide a better level of service to our customers.FLASH-memory refers to this type of storage.In addition, it is suitable for use in Surface Mount-based applications.In more specific terms, it is a type of OTP ROMs.The swicthing controller works at a frequency of 16.7MHz.Memory is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C.Memory is recommended that the temperature of the ambient environment not exceed 85°C when Memory is operating.Voltage used to run It should be 3V at least.Memory is rated 5.25V for maximum supply voltage.30μA is the basis of its operation.
