DS1314E Overview


The item is packaged with the materials of Tube. A 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) has been provided to save space on the board. This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. It requires a voltage of 3V~3.6V in order to operate normally. The mounting technique is based on the Surface Mount method. 20 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off the transmission line's end. Device supply voltage is 3.3V. The pin configuration is 20. The reflow temperaure limit of 240 is determined by the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures. 1 channels are designed to ensure data transmission.
