32-WFQFN Exposed Pad is the appropriate package for battery instrument. Analog IC POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT is used in this power IC. It is possible to access 1 channels. Currently, there are 32 pins on it. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case packaging. In this case, this electrical part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It can deliver the functions listed in Battery Monitor. For the electric part to perform effectively, it should operate at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA.
