Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The supply voltage 4.75V~5.25V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in Bulbs, DC Motors, Resistors as well.H gates specific characteristics also include Status Flag.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of ATA6836 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.When the output reaches 650mA, a maximum current is reached.
