AT89C1051U-24SC Overview

The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in DIP. There is MICROCONTROLLER MICROCONTROLLER in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. In total, there are 20 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. In terms of architecture, it is a 8-Bit system. For data transfer, there is 8b bandwidth available. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 20 pins.
