This package is based on a neat 44-LCC (J-Lead) package which is used by it.Tube external packaging.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using OTP.The voltage fed to it is 3V~3.6V.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.For other related parts, search "XC17V04".The supply voltage is 3.3V.With different functions, 44 terminations can be used.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.A 44 pin is included in it.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.The memory chip is allowed to operate at a voltage that is no greater than 0.015mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 44 pins.When it comes to speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 15MHz, which is very fast.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.Memory is recommended that users apply 3.3V to the part before use in order for Memory to function safely in a circuMemory.
