WM8904ECS/R Overview


In order to save space, it is packaged in the 36-UFBGA, WLCSP package. Packaging is done in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. It is equipped with a total of 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 1.71V~2V. 1.42V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 36 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. It is a kind of 36-pin electronic device. On a PCB based on Surface Mount technology, it is mounted. There is 1V supply voltage for this device. Powered by a 3.6V supply voltage, it can run. For the conversion of digital signals into analog ones, 2 D/A converters are used.
