In order to save board space, the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.The system emerges as a TxRx Only with transceiver RF's high efficiency.Using advanced packaging techniques Tray, high reliability is ensured.transceiver RF circuit boards with 20 pins are designed.The mount is attached to Surface Mount.Using the frequency of 2.4GHz, RF transceiver operates .
