MAX3319EAE-T Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SSOP package. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 2.5V. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Line Driver or Receivers. It is recommended to use a 2.25/3V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 2.5V recommends users apply 2.5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE TRANSCEIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 1 bits capability. 1 transmitters in total are integrated in the logical driver
