ICL7673CBA-T Overview

A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is included. It is suited to pack the part in Tape & Reel (TR) case. Surface Mount is used to mount the part. The voltage is set to 2.5V~15V. In order for this component to operate correctly, its minimum operating temperature must not be 0°C~70°C. A component connected in Battery Backup, Industrial/Automotive, High Current Switch would be a good fit for it. There is a Source Selector Switch category assigned to the device. As far as FET types are concerned, N and P-Channel can be recognized. ICL7673 is the base of this part. The purpose of this is to make sure that the supply current for the component at 1.5μA is running as it should be. When the output current conducts under 38mA, the chip can work.
