In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 39-PowerVFQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.5V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~125°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including General Purpose.Bootstrap Circuit is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 39 terminations.The analog IC type of this H bridge is SWITCHING REGULATOR.Onput current at which output reaches 70A.
