DS1312+ Overview


Materials from Tube are used in its packaging. The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is provided to conserve board space. The type of Nonvolatile RAM is high quality and highly reliable. A temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set for the operating environment. The voltage 4.75V~5.5V must be provided for the device to function normally. A technique known as Through Hole is used to mount the device. In addition to this part number, there are other electronic components that can be found based on its base part number DS1312. In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, 8 terminations are used. This device is supplied with voltage 5V. A component's tolerance for high temperatures determines the reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED. In order to ensure the transmission of data, there are 1 channels. As you can see, the analog IC type is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. Voltage must be higher than 4.5V as the minimum value of supply voltage.
