ADM203JN Overview


Logical driver uses a neat DIP package. Bulk external packaging. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Logical driver features INTERNAL CHARGE PUMP to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE TRANSCEIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 2 bits capability. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 2, which is reasonable for its cost.
